(3) For Americans, it should be clear that Trump's delusional "leadership" caused the delay in aid to Ukraine. Trump is therefore responsible for putting Ukraine unnecessarily at risk. When a vote was finally forced by public pressure, a super majority passed the aid funding measure. (Making Trump's support largely delusional as well.)
