Maybe Time to Bring the Hammer Down
From Fox News today (Sun. May 15,2022): “The Supreme Court will issue a batch of opinions on an unknown number of cases Monday, but the highly-anticipated decision that could determine the fate of abortion protections is likely weeks away, according to judicial experts.
The decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization — which deals with abortion precedents set decades ago in the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision — is highly complex and perhaps the most controversial action the court will take this year. Despite the country’s eagerness to have a resolution, the court may need more time to conclude its process.
“Typically, more controversial cases are decided the last day of the term. So I do not expect Dobbs on Monday,” Brennan Center fellow and Stetson University law professor Ciara Torres-Spelliscy told Fox News Digital in an email. The court typically concludes its work by mid-June or July, then begins a summer recess.”
Get that folks: Important Supreme Court decisions are weeks away!
And don’t we have to wonder what could be the basis for re-deciding an already decided matter (as of 1973–49 years in the past)?
How could the Court re-decide and change: the original basis for it’s decision decades ago, which was and still is about the 14th Amendment, it’s nature and extent? Everyone capable of reading and understanding the Constitution of the United States and its amendments knows that the amendments in particular protect the enumerated rights of We the People against intrusion by… the government (at all levels).
Privacy — always includes our individual sexual relations between men and women. This is your right, protected against intrusion by any official of the United States or any one of the several states (now there are 50).
And it’s true as well that the main thrust against our protection via Roe vs Wade is based on Christian religious belief and doctrine. But wait, here’s the bombshell: In fact, it’s the Catholic Church pushing all the connected buttons it holds among all of the so-called “protestant” churches. And it’s also true that the Catholic Church is a sovereign nation within the boundaries of Italy, another sovereign state. Here we have a united network of religions working to undo the 14th Amendment. This is simply treasonous intrusion on our 14th Amendment. We are in danger of being commanded to surrender our right to privacy and the threat is backed by various kinds and levels of intimidation based on the numbers of followers in this and other nations.
Don’t believe me? — “Officially the Vatican City State (Italian: Stato della Città del Vaticano; Latin: Status Civitatis Vaticanae),is an independent city-state and enclave surrounded by Rome, Italy.”
So any such effort is legally treason against the United States of America. What’s the penalty for treason? — “No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. Similarly, it is asked, what is the punishment for high treason? The penalty for high treason is life imprisonment.”
It’s time for the people who are defending our right to privacy to take the initiative and find prosecutors who will start prosecuting anyone committing this particular crime for treason. Put enough of them on trial and you will see the end of this utter mess. Bring the hammer down on treasonists.
Meanwhile — reasonable people will still wait to see if the Supreme Court is going to actually repeal or negate Roe vs Wade. That’s weeks away, folks. Time enough to seriously get organized to save our sacred individual rights.
