Benjamin Franklin in his pamphlet, Plain Truth, said, “We the middling class people.The tradesmen, shopkeepers, and farmers of the province and city!” — Therein lies the understanding we must rely on to get America back to when there was basic agreement on what kind of society and nation we should have.
