The Fresh Water Blues

I’ve been looking around to see if there’s been any mention of capturing glacial melt water as a source of fresh water in areas where fresh water supplies are shrinking or have dried up. But so far, without success.

Instead I keep finding reports about glaciers melting and “causing a big problem.” Can I be that far off in believing that somehow even our scientists are missing an important idea?
