Why Are Arrest Warrants Issued?

There are five reasons why arrest warrants are issued, they are as follows: (1) When law enforement has enough evidence a person may have committed a crime. (2) A person has already failed to appear in court when required by subpeona. (3) If a person already has a warrant issued in any other state. (4) A person has failed to pay child support. (5) A person has violated probation.

Conveniently, number one is sufficient to order an arrest warrant on Donald J. Trump and because he has violated his oath of office as President, he is officially ineligible to hold that office regardless of any actions by Congress.

You may well ask who then has the authority to send Donald Trump to prison? The answer is you and I and all American citizens. Surely we all know what a citizen arrest is. We can now call on federal marshalls to arrest this man.

Iam going to add some frosting to this cake by pointing out that Harvard and many other universities and most if not all state attorney generals and the majority of state governors now advocate “resistance” to Donald J. Trump,a notorious individual. He has already been convicted on multiple counts by a jury of American citizens in the State of New York.

I will stop addiing frosting to this arrest cake only to prevent its collapse under the weight of all that frosting.

There is always a time when it is necessary to act on one’s belief. In the name of Western Democracy, I say that time is now.

I welcome your support and any questions you may have.
